10 Months...

We blinked and we have a ten month old.  This month was very busy with our weekends filled to the brim with activities since Daddy has been traveling a bunch during the week.  Mother's Day was my highlight of the month by far. The most amazing part was Brendan's Baby Dedication at church, and us making a vow to raise him in the ways of the Lord. What a beautiful way to celebrate Mother's Day! (I could have not planned a more perfect day.)

• Unofficially B is over 29 in. tall and around 20 1/2 lbs.  He is a tall and slim, but has some serious thigh muscles and cankles (lol).  Daddy is liking the idea of him being soccer player or linebacker these days.
• We introduced white meat over the last month and as usual B loved it.  So far there is not a single food that this little one has not liked.  He loves eating or just "taste testing" as we call it everything.  He is starting to get the hang of his sippy cup too.
• Tooth number two arrived this month.  His new little smile is too cute.  No sign of those top ones, but they will arrive soon enough.
• As always B never stops moving.  He is cruising around more everyday from person to toy to furniture and everywhere in between. His walking is getting more controlled looking too; very scary to think of B walking around the house soon.  Yikes... 
• New obsession of the month: stairs...  B loves to climb up them, but he really only does it when he knows its close to time for nap/bedtime or we accidentally leave something of interest on a bottom step.
• With the days getting hotter; we got B a baby pool for backyard.  He thinks its so fun (like a giant bath tub) to splash and play outside in it.  Owen thinks that we got it for him too; stealing all of B's toys.  They are having so much fun playing in it together.  

What's coming up this next month??  Beach trip, more new foods, swim lessons, walking, zoo visit, more teeth, fireworks on Memorial Day...  Who knows????
